Business scene continues to evolve as young individuals are filling up front lines by beginning their own startups.
At age 32, he is the CEO of Kantanka Group of Companies and the President of the Youth of Kristo Asafo (YoKA).
The entrepreneur, speaker, and youth empowerment strategist, Nana Kwadwo Safo Jnr at this year’s YoKA camp inspired the youth of the Kristo Asafo church by sharing success tips that can be used to attain success in our day to day activities.
According to Kwadwo Safo Jnr, society often makes it look as if one must follow a specific path to be successful.
He said society is built in a way where your options seem to be limited. However, in reality, if you don’t want to be average, you need to step away from the norm and build something of your own. A philosophy that change makers of every generation use and right for the business, career, love, mindset, and more.
He said as a startup, you need to find a plan that will work for them and not for everybody else and always prefer doing the harder things in life.
The Kantanka CEO stated that, a significant portion of entrepreneurship is learning on your own to evaluate where you fit in the market and how you can assist other businesses to increase revenue.
He added that to succeed in business the youth must do what they do best and don’t veer too far off their path when distracted with small, inconsequential tasks which don’t actually help them progress.
He advised the youth to engage themselves in Organic Farming as it brings together in a virtuous cycle revenue and healthy living for the future.
