The former president of Liberia, H. E. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf will be visiting Ghana as one of the special guest of honour for this year’s 39th Kristo Asafo Mission Annual Technology Exhibition organized annually by the man known as the “technological giant of Africa”, Emeritus Prof. Apostle Dr. K. Safo and his Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana.

The annual program has been organized over the years to showcase the numerous inventions of “the man of technology” to Ghana, Africa and the world at large.

Speaking in an interview with Francis Abban on StarrFm’s morning show “Time with the ceo” on the 20th December, 2019, the executive secretary of Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana, Dr. Kwesi Adjei Safo further defined that the purpose of the program along with the unveiling of the works of Dr. Safo to the world, is also intended to demonstrate and motivate his fellow Blacks and the world that, the African is not inferior to the whites but also possess all that it takes to invent as far as technology is concerned.

The theme for this year’s event is dubbed “Enhancing Sustainable Technology, Organic Agriculture, and Our Culture; The Pathway to Development”.

Dr. Adjei speaking on the choice of the theme  explained that the advancement and use of technology should be used positively to enhance our culture as Ghanaians and Africans for that matter as well improve our organic agriculture to ensure a healthy citizenry and also prevent the numerous effects associated with genetically modified foods, many of which poses great threat to our health.

The program, as it has always been, is opened to the general public and as this year marks the year of return has embarked on extraordinary patronage.

Nana Kweku Afriyie, member of the Kristo Asafo Mission of Ghana (KAMOG) communication team also called on all people from the diaspora to also come and witness for themselves as all they have heard and seen on the internet about Dr. Safo is prowess in technology.

He again indicated that Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo is ever prepared for the event and that the public should expect nothing but the best and coupled with surprises as he always exceeds expectations.

The event comes of on the 29th day of December, 2019 at the Apostle Safo School of Arts and Sciences, Awhosie – Lastop, Accra exactly 12:00 noon.

Also in attendance is the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana H.E. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Hon. Allan Kyeremanteng, Minister of Trade and Industry, Hon. Adwoa Safo, Minister of Procurements and doubles as the Deputy Majority Leader of parliaments, including other stakeholders.
